Refund Policy

Shabana Furniture

1 All refund requests must be made through direct communication with Shabana Furniture company and not with the bank or e-payment service providers.

2 We accept a partial return of the paid amount if the products are not prepared and shipped only with the fees of payment service providers being deducted.

3 We do not accept refund requests for any special orders as they are fitted to the customer's specifications.

4 If the customer requests any special modifications in finishing, painting, or manufacturing, the amount may not be refunded when requesting a payment refund.
